Four Village Studio was awarded three "Nor'easters" at the 2019 "Alliance for Community Media, Northeast Regional Video Festival". 4VS host-producers were bestowed with one 1st Place and two 2nd Place honors at this year's competition where the eligible entries were mandated to have been produced and first-time cablecast during 2018.

The studio received a 1st Place award, in the Music & Performance category, for an episode of "Wes Houston Presents...". The program featured a performance from "The Wes Houston Trio", led by much respected singer-songwriter and long-time 4VS host-producer, Wes Houston.

A 2nd Place award, in the Historical Documentary category, was given to Chief VJ Brooks and Lt. Larry King for their program "FPFD Village Focus". The episode, "History of the FPFD: Part 3", had Chief William Green and Firefighter Robert Spillman discussing Active Engine Co.3 and the Floral Park Firemen's Day tournaments.

Another 2nd Place award, in the General Talk Show category, went to host/producer Stephanie Larkin for her program "Technically Speaking". Titled "All About Teleprompters", the show examined the history and technology behind the well-known, but hardly discussed, essential piece of communications equipment.

The award-winning producers were acknowledged at a ceremony in Portland, Maine on Thursday, October 31st. The annual regional festival accepts program entries from community television producers throughout New England and New York State. This is the 19th year that Four Village Studio has submitted entries to the festival where hundreds of programs vie for the top honors. 4VS has collected 56 awards in numerous categories since first entering this regional competition.
